Cal Poly's Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering (IME) Department is an academic department offering hands-on, "learn by doing" undergraduate and graduate degree programs in industrial and manufacturing engineering.
Project Scope
Develop, test, and implement a generalized, data-driven, and optimizer-based tool to automate IME
course scheduling and support the department as it prepares for the switch to the semester system.
